Class Description

Wednesdays | 6:00 - 7:15PM Spinning Silk is a 4 week series teaching the fundamentals of spin pole. Students will learn how to control their spin, translate static sequences to spin pole, and ultimately dance with ease. **All students new to Soft Steel Sanctum regardless of previous pole experience must take a Pillars of Pole series or Unveiled series unless otherwise specified. Please reach out to info@softsteelsanctum.com with any questions or concerns. Prerequisites: - Must have solid climb - Proficient in low flow Following series will begin November 6th
