Class Description

Thursdays | 6:00-7:15PM | Pillars of Pole : Pole 3 is our level 3 class to our Pillar series. In this 4 week series we will begin to explore specific moves and dive into it's nuances. Pillars of Pole 3 will also continue to perfect our climb, invert and other various aerial moves while having dance at the forefront. Continue to learn more aerial tricks as well as more complex dance transitions to add to your repertoire. Prerequisites: A properly executed climb Ability to invert without momentum Comfortable in Jasmin Gone through the Pillars of Pole courses (unless otherwise specified)
